E-TWINNING PROJECT “CHRISTMAS GREETINGS AROUND EUROPE” (2016)

Participants – Language school students (grades 3–4) together with teacher Ieva Brazauskaite–Zubavičienė.

The project involved 15 partner schools from different European countries (Poland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania, the United Kingdom, France, the Czech Republic).

The main idea of ​​the project was to prepare one greeting in English and send it to each partner school.

E-TWINNING PROJECT “A SCHOOL READS, A SCHOOL CHANGES” (2017)

Participants – Language school students (grades 3–4) together with teacher Ieva Brazauskaite–Zubavičienė.

The aim of the project is to encourage students to read and develop their language skills.

Objectives: to encourage students to take an interest in the literature of their country, develop tolerance for other cultures and improve emotional intelligence and creativity.

Project activities: to prepare Easter greeting cards in English and send them to partner schools; write a letter in English to a new friend from another country; translate a Lithuanian folk tale into English and present to partners from other countries.

E-TWINNING PROJECT “I LOVE ANIMALS” (2017)

Participants – Language school five-year-olds and six-year-olds from “Pasaka” and “Žilvitis” kindergartens together with teacher Agnė Milašienė.

The project involved 17 European schools from Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

The eTwinning project activities were integrated into the curriculum and process: the children learned the names of the animals, performed practical tasks and carried out creative activities.

E-TWINNING PROJECT “DISCOVER FRANCE, LITHUANIA AND POLAND” (2017–2018)

Participants – the 5th grade students of the Language school together with the teacher Ieva Brazauskaite–Zubavičienė.

During the project activities, the children improved their competence in understanding the world, got to know their own and other countries’ national identity, the surrounding cultural environment, and improved their knowledge of geography.
